We've been busy this month, as always! We love our location: 1 hour from the mountains, 2 hours from the beach, and 3 hours from all major points of interest in California (like the Bay Area and Los Angeles). This month we checked out The Tech Museum in San Jose, went sledding in the mountains twice, and hung out with Bryce at Disneyland and Santa Monica (he was in L.A. for a broadcast journalism competion).

Christmas Geocaching!

What a great (kinda non-traditional) Christmas! We took our new little "toy" - a gps - to Monterey. Found our first treasure and had 7-11 for Christmas dinner. Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like hot dogs, nachos, and amazing waves! Took the dogs for a run in the sand and water and went for a little bike ride, too! They were so happy to sit in the back that Chula destroyed my new scarf!
